Beautiful salon. I've come in 4 times now and have been super impressed. The manicurists were so friendly and did an excellent job. Would give 5 stars if their air conditioner worked, it was a bit hot in there!

I hade a gel+ mani here 6 days ago. I didn’t go to any saloon for two years because of covid so i was scared at first, but every thing was so clean and i felt so relaxed there. Anahita did my nails she was so friendly and did the exact thing i wanted. I didn’t write the review till now because i wanted to make sure my nails last. They look good after 6 days. Ps: They have happy hours which I used and saved some money.

I highly recommend Joyride. I’ve been coming here for my manicures and pedicures for a few years now. Fabulous service and my nails always look awesome. Don’t bother going anywhere else, I made that mistake and ended up back here so they could fix it! (Thank you, Jas!)

Very disappointed and do not recommend this nail salon - at least not for bio gel manicures. I paid about $100 for a bio gel and shellac manicure, which usually lasts me at least 2.5 weeks. This time, it did not even last a week. Each nail broke at the same spot - another salon technician told me it was because the technician made the gel too heavy so my natural nails broke off. I have three nails left out of ten… I don’t think this is acceptable. I called the salon and felt badly doing so, as I don’t want anyone to get in trouble. I was told I was blackmailing them by requesting a full refund and by sharing I intended on leaving a review. She offered a complimentary mani but I don’t live in Vancouver and am no longer there and also would not feel comfortable and trusting to go back. The person also laughed at me on the phone. Unprofessional in multiple ways and poor customer service. Disappointed, to say the least. **I have pictures but couldn’t see how to post them.

Absolutely incredible salon! I recently moved to Vancouver and have been looking for a new nail salon and I am so happy to have finally found it! The first time I went, Lee and Nav were incredible that I couldn’t wait to go back. The salon itself is very nice and clean, the staff are friendly and the service is very thorough with a very relaxing hot towel and massage. They also have an excellent variety of colours. I can’t stop looking at my nails I love them so much! Thank you :’)

My partner and I got facials for his birthday! The treatments were excellent and the staff were very hospitable :) the reason I’m giving 4 instead of 5 stars is that I booked the facials for 2 people, but when we arrived, we were told we would be getting our treatments in different rooms, which kind of defeated the purpose of me booking us in together. The staff accommodated our request to pull up the curtain separating the rooms, which we were very grateful for, but it would have been better if they had planned on putting us in the same room from the start. Also, I don’t think my partner got to have steaming as part of his facial but I did - not sure what happened there. Overall, we would come back again for more services!
