Spa at Q
We went to the spa at Q as a party of 7 for the hydrotherapy circuit. The lockers are nice - the come with individual bands to lock and unlock your own locker for the duration. The dressing rooms were very clean. We werent give any orientation or instructions about the spa. The circuit was nice - the hot tub wasn’t as hot as one might expect. The pool and snow room were nice. However the service was fair - we got drinks after having to go out and ask for someone to take our order 30 minutes into our 2 hour circuit. We later ordered a second drink and they never were delivered. At check out they wanted us to put all 7 on one bill even though they’d made a big fuss about getting all our names at check in and putting drinks on individual tabs. We felt like an inconvenience not welcomed guests.

Always a pleasure. Manicure and Pedicure were done perfectly by Erin. I was seen on time and services were completed in a timely manner. Erin is always pleasant , courteous and thoughtful.

Had an Amazing experience at the spa! My massage from Shawn was so relaxing and good just the firm pressure I needed! My best friend and I got pedicures as well that were phenomenal. I loved the hydrotherapy the steam room and sauna were lovely so were the cooler pool and the large hot tub. There is endless coffee tea and delicious cookies and fruit a definite must go spa! I also noticed from other reviews they were annoyed that someone didn’t explain the circuit but it was clearly stated here beside the lounge chair which I loved! I will def go back!

The visit to the spa was a great addition to our stay at the hotel. The spa is super clean and peaceful the lights and the music makes the experience relaxing from the moment you open the door. We did the hydrotherapy circuit which was amazing. I would suggest they add a suggested guide on where to go first and times for each station. After that we did a couples massage with Nancy and Heidi they were both amazing I really recommend it. I also did a facial with Nancy it was such a treat. She was great and the products she used were amazing I could really see the difference on my skin. It was a great experience that I hope to repeat in the future

It’s a beautiful spa, I only wish there was more direction from the spa attendants about the hydrotherapy circuit. They brought us to the locker room showed us the locker and that was it, we weren’t told where or when to go and wait for our services, luckily we asked closer to the time and were told that we needed to wait in a different room (that had a nespresso and a small snack bar that I would’ve enjoyed earlier). The water in the hot tub was not hot enough, it was just tepid. I also wish the water they had for you to drink was cold, it would be more refreshing. I had a glacial glow body service with Erin, she was wonderful! She definitely helped turn the experience around.

Did the hydrotherapy circuit, loved it! Very nice facility with everything you need. Friendly staff as well. Would return and recommend to friends.

Booked a Massage, got a gentle rubbing of my skin instead. Asking for a firmer massage didn’t make any difference. Spa Facilities are small but contemporary. 3 stars is probably a bit generous…disappointing especially for such an expensive spa.

Great atmosphere, quiet and very clean facility. Hot stone treatment was amazing. The only critiques I have would be that the hot tub needs to be hotter and the cold plunge pool needs to be colder for the hydrotherapy circuit. The eucalyptus steam room wasn’t working at first but when it did, I didn’t want to get out. That was lovely and made it all worthwhile. Would definitely go back and recommend!
